Credits and Substitutions

What to do when your flowers are unsatisfactory

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, and the care required of the purchaser for our floral gardens and bulbs, all sales are final. If your flowers did not bloom properly or last for your event, in spite of  properly and consistently following care instructions, we will provide a replacement product, or in-store credit. Any questions regarding our replacement policy can be handled via phone or email.

Custom orders require payment at the time of purchase. Custom event orders (ie. banquets and weddings) require a 40% deposit and event contract to secure services. 

Order Cancellations​

Orders for in-stock items can be canceled via phone 208-507-6466, if cancellation is completed before pick-up or by the Thursday before Friday delivery, by 1pm.
